I originally went into sound unlimited for a HD TV I purchased a 61inch JVC and had it delivered about a week later I had a remote start installed on my vehichle. about a week after I had the car done I went back with some issues on the remote. i was told that I needed to be more gentile with the remote and thats why they give you 2 remotes. I let that slide then had comcast come out to instal the HD cable while hooking up the box they said that the tv only did 720 when I was told by the staff that it was 1080p I called back and was told that it can display 1080i. I will admit thats my fault for not looking into it more. about a weed later the bulb went out and they of course dont carry replacement bulbs and the and sent me to a company that came out and blew the circuit board by installing a bulb not rated for the tv. then took my tv into the shop for 5 weeks. I called and left several messages at the repair shop as well as the store. By the time they got back to me it was 32 days and they said the warranty was only 30 days and even though i got to them in 27 days they were not willing to honor it. Great prices however the service in the face of an issue was not satisfactory. Im in the market now for a new tv and will not be using them. if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
