  If I could warn you to not use this company, I would strongly suggest you to steer clear. There is a comment below with my husband's review (Art M).
  My husband clearly indicated that we did not have the check.
  The owner of the company accused us of having cashed the check and pocketing the money.
  We called the insurance company to figure out what happened after we were being threatened. The insurance company said the check must have been lost in the mail as it was not cashed. They stopped that check / payment and they sent a new check directly to us. As soon as we received the check we called the company to pay them.
  Regarding the comment about, myself the wife, making a racial comment - since when can you see someone's skin color thru the phone??? I have never met the owner of the company and this goes to express the ignorance of the owner and the lies towards a customer. Yet again himself proving what a horrible company this is to work with. Shame on you for treating your customers this way. And then the horrible comments. Sad way to handle business!! Side note - we did NOT love the job and it was not complete. Your company representative never came back out to do a recheck after the roof was done as he had promised. And regarding the corporate attorney, please do so. I have a screen shot of your comments and false racial slander remarks. And we can easily get statements from American Family Insurance reflecting our statements were true. And yours are false! Please do me the favor. As a matter of fact, I can call the BBB, great suggestion!
