  Frank and moises from Nu-gen are fast and efficient. They both were very nice and very professional. They were punctual and got the job done with quality! They also had very reasonable prices! I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my carpet needs!

  They ruined my carpets by soaking them in water. They said it would take 2 hours to dry, but it took more than 3 days to fully dry. All I got was wet carpets. Save yourself the trouble and please call another company.
