  In the most inconvenient time my heater got broken. Guys was able to come in and check it the same day in the evening. They provided me with few options: either replacing part through the warranty/recall program or replacing whole unit. Considering some signs of failures in other parts of the heater unit I choose replacing whole thing.
  They was able to do the job next day and for the time heater wasn't working they offered space heaters to keep house warm.
  Negotiations about price was reasonable. We was able to discuss that over email. They weren't pushy at all, just provided different recommendations and options.
  Overall great experience.
